WE ARE SAINT CECILIA

Join us this year for a new era of celebration and fundraising in our parish community. Despite CoVid 19, the show must go on.  As Fr. Mark said to a few of us today, "For now we move forward and hope for the best." Our school, our ministries, and those who rely upon St. Cecilia need our support, without the means there will be a limited mission. Not only will this event provide vitally needed funds, but I trust this will help our community to become even more tightly-knit as we come together for a common cause.

In lieu of the GALA DINNER AUCTION on Saturday, May 2, 2020 6pm, catch us at the same time online. We will be offering the opportunity to make the most of the marvelous advantage of having $75,000 in paddle call matching money. If we can have a fantastic paddle call on May 2 and get the entire match of $75,000, we may call it a great financial success! Everything else will be whipped cream and sprinkles. 

These "whip cream and sprinkles" in excess of the $75,000 paddle call will be donated to our local Saint Vincent de Paul Society (up to $35,000)  for aid to parishioners and islanders in the wake of the CoVid 19 storm.  We expect to see the requests for aid swell as people's savings run dry and the eviction moratorium runs out June 4.  Love God.  Love your neighbor.
